A shift linkage plate may be necessary to properly locate the transfer plate linkage when a body lift is used on the Jeep Wrangler TJ.

Shift Linkage Adapter
The Shift Linkage adapter kit will make shifting your 231 into all low range sectors simple and fluid.

This adapter kit changes the trouble prone stock linkage which is not reliable due to independent body and drivetrain movement. The new bracket is bolted to the transmission and transfer case eliminating any negative movement. This heavy duty adapter kit is designed to provide problem free shifting even under extreme condition.
