 Designed as a complete replacement suspension, the Extreme Duty kit maintains proper control arm and steering geometry for lifted TJ’s, improving the stability of the vehicle on and off road.
Drivers will discover marked improvements in their vehicle’s road performance, returning a nearly stock ride to their modified Jeep™ and unmatched performance where the pavement ends.

 The Rubicon Express 5.5-inch Extreme Duty TJLA suspension system is designed as a complete replacement suspension system for the Jeep TJ.
PICTURED RE7204 - 4.5" Extreme-Duty Long Arm
 The Extreme-Duty kit maintains proper control arm and steering geometry by using longer than stock control arms.
The Extreme Duty Long provides improved stability and reduced torque roll, brake jack, enhanced traction, and climbing ability.
 The kit comes complete with all necessary components including new, heavy duty 4130 steel arms measuring 36" long, a high clearance cross member, and relocated and adjustable front and rear track bars.
This kit is 100% bolt on, however, it does require the removal of the factory lower control arm brackets.

3.5" STANDARD SUSPENSION SYSTEM

The Standard kit is a perfect entry-level choice for those looking to run 33" tires on a smaller budget.

The 3.5" Standard kit includes springs, bump stops, but retains stock control arms and track bars.
On and off road performance of this kit is excellent and is easily upgradeable to the Super-Flex kit by adding our control arms and other Super-Flex components.

2" BUDGET BOOST

For those looking to gain 2-inches of clearance on their TJ at a very affordable price, the RE7030 Economy kit is an effective performance upgrade.
The RE7030 system is a straight forward way to gain more tire clearance and flexibility without sacrificing ride quality.
This kit is simple to install with 2-inch coil spacer at all four corners in conjunction with longer travel specifically valved shocks.
