Black Diamond products are manufactured using computer-modeled lift system brackets and hardware that is first laser cut, then welded-out in CNC machined assembly fixtures.
Coil and leaf springs are designed with durability and drivability in mind. Most Black Diamond leaf springs feature double wrapped spring eyes (military wraps) and polyurethane eye bushings.
Polyethylene anti-friction pads positioned between each leaf plate are standard on most applications.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Black Diamond products are warranted to be free from material defects and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle the
Black Diamond product was originally installed on. Proof of purchase is required, and the warranty is non-transferable. Black Diamond's limit of liability is to repair or replace
(at Black Diamond's option) the defective product. Consequential costs, such as loss of time, use, or freight charges, as well as product finish, are not covered, and items that are
subject to wear are not considered defective when worn. The "Warning to Driver" decal supplied with the product must be properly displayed in the vehicle, and all warranties
are void outside North America and Hawaii.
